You do not need bosses but you obviously need more road supervision. It's pretty clear that this is happening based on this video and the previous one of the NYCT T/O texting while operating her train across the Williamsburg Bridge. It's pretty clear that engineers and train operators are not complying with the rules or using common sense on their own. |
