By rules, at no time is any window in the cab supposed to be covered over in order to prevent views into the cab. The windows are to be kept obstruction free to allow passengers to be able to locate crew members in the event of anything, not to mention the crew must be available to the passengers at all times on a revenue train. The TA certainly does have similar policy. |
