Mafersa in Brazil was a licensee(sigle level commuter coaches for VRE later sold to ConnDoT IIRC. IINM at least one group of either C or M cars for MNCR were bodies by Budd but GE the contractor/vendor of record. Interesting that in recent publicity at GE Transportation about expanding business no word about any cars or EMUs. |
