I agree, however, I notice that on NYCT, that rule is often not enforced especially on lines that use R-46s and 68s. I haven't noticed too many incidents of window covering on NTTs just yet. I have seen incidents of T/Os hanging articles of clothing or utility bags over the cab door windows on some NTTs and R-62s and while the T/O may argue that he/she needs a place to hang such items, that is just an excuse to do and end run around the rule prohibiting covering the window. |
