It looks like a specialty trailer used by Silk Road Transport (Arkport, NY), which runs these kind of jobs for just about all the transit operators in North America. The SIR moves were a different trailer painted blue and required that the bodies be loaded on a set of trucks. This thing appears to be adjustable in length and has recepticles for the kingpins to hold onto. No trucks beneath.

The address for Rosario's Salon is 4977 Broadway just north of 207 Street station. Looks like the picture was taken at some kind of currency exchange.

There are a number of possible destinations--time will tell us which is correct.
