That was actually to find out where cars were hitting because or track issues. Of course, one of the little bosses (you know who) felt that "RED" indicated danger and he wanted to indicate caution so he ordered them painted over in Yellow. Of course, when he finally retired, most stopped painting them. We went back to red. |
