Well DUH!!The point was never say never. While the scale of the project is not comparable, the "never happen" is completely relevant. The rockaway Branch is far from an impossibility of return, unlike other lines such as the Whitestone branch, or Evergreen branch. THOSE are "NEVER a glimmer" of a chance of happening. The Rockaway Branch, is completely possible. |
