I thought i was all alone out here-LOL; Its a shame to think that the 50 R-42s still left are the "VERY LAST" cars still in service built by the once mighty St.Louis Car Company.Meanwhile the R-44s rot away.And Yes,i would like to see some R-44s preserved-a A-B-B-A Set at best,but a A-B set at the very least.100-159 perhaps? Just a thought...Peace! |
