It's a manpower and budget issue, as always.It would be nice to lay up 2 trains of R42's at 111 on Friday night and forget about them for the weekend. But having all weekend put- ins out of ENYD rather than all but 2 (since the 2 at 111 are indeed used on S/S/H) means that, especially at weekend lay up time after 6 PM, one man can do 2 lay ups to 111 whereas if he goes to ENYD he can only do one during that time frame. And yes, that's in addition to the trains that are to be laid up in the back of PAJ |
