In my personal experience, they had the best AC (outside the NTT's) of any car. I remember one a few years back that spent a very hot weekend at Rockaway Park sealed up. When the conductor finally opened the doors for service on a Monday morning every surface was coated with condensation. Had to sit on newspaper. |
