Yes they were a problem, especially in big cell thunder storms that dumped a Hugh amount of rain in a short time.Some grates got cuffs around them. Still there was a lose of ventilation. I think some of the fault goes to the EPA and keeping catch basins clear to take large influxes of rainfall. |
