The responsibility would still be on the current President of Capital Construction, since he would be in charge of coordinating with related projects, like Harold Interlocking.Sure, but he can't be blamed for a faulty construction estimate on a contract that had already been advertised. I wouldn't even necessarily say anyone is to blame, because field conditions can only be guessed at until you're actually building the project. |
