Yes. Only the shuttle buses and the 56 can proceed through the construction zone. 86th was closed north of Jamaica because that's where the crane and flatbed containing the track panels is. 87th, 88th and 89th are all closed crossing Jamaica.The most annoying aspect is that all the work right now is between 88th and 89th. There's no need to have 87th and 88th closed in any way. |
