Travel by car is faster if you're goint to Jerusalem, but from Tel Aviv to Beit Shemesh, the train is as fast as or faster than a car. Of course, unless you live/work near the train station, you need to account for that time as well - and the Beit Shemesh train station is in an industrial, not a residential, area of the city, and has inadequate parking to boot.subfan |
