Thank you, for all the links, I got a lot of reading to do.

On on the subject though of the station, my problem with the current style of Airport to Rail connections (in general) is that the station is usually so far from the terminal that it detracts from anyone really using it. No one wants to do a long walk, even with moving walkways with luggage. I've always been a proponent of building subway stations directly underneath the terminals or built into new terminals directly so that as soon as the passenger leaves the train that passenger is already within the confines of the terminal they need. Now some might say thats a security problem, but I believe thats when you truly make rail the #1 option for people because its the first thing they see. When I used to the Airtrain at JFK the walk from the terminal to the station took nearly 7 minutes. I wonder what the time walking from the terminal to the proposed location of the station is.
