I understand what you're saying, but civil service employees have FAR more protections than private sector employees. If a manager told an employee to falsify a report, and an employee refused, in todays workplace climate, the watchdogs are all too happy to torch managers.And I've seen employees put their managers through the ringer in civil service... |
