What if the guy was passed and was wearing dark clothes and the train operator didn't notice him, guy falls due to the wind turbulence caused by the passing train, falls while the train is halfway to almost fully past him and the last cars went over him, train goes BIE, T/O walks around and didn't see anything???? Possibility!!! Just a thought. AFAIK, T/Os don't have to walk all the way up to a point past the rear of the train looking for possible causes. Anything is possible, but if it was noticed and the T/O didn't take proper actions, he/she gets what they deserve!! |
