Not really.....I mean speeds for its travels over MNR territory would be a big hit on its timeliness (best speed 90 MPH MAS between CP 217 @ New Rochelle and a point just west of Harrison), plus its tilt capabilities would have to be cut-out all the way from GCT until the MNR/Amtrak Division Post east of CP 274 in New Haven, not counting the numerous daily and permanent speed restrictions out and about MNR territory it will travel plus the rough track condition in the Bronx.
