The Dunn bridge *does* have a pedestrian/bike way, on the north side... it sucks. The ramps ice over and for years the streetlamps didn't even work so it was almost completely useless in the winter.

A bike/walkway on the railroad bridge would be okay, since it is not unecessarily high. The neighborhood on the Albany side isn't all that great, though. And the only thing I use the bridge for is getting to/from the train station on Sundays after the buses stop running, so the real best option would be to get rid of the Dunn and replace it with a drawbridge w/sidewalks, like was there before.
