That does not mean anything!! All ti takes is for the right force and right conditions to cause a collapse. Many buildings which have crumbled I bet someone at some point looked at it and thought it was safe until the building just collapsed!! Looks can indeed be deceiving, as the outside does not always show what's going on on the inside!! Very inconclusive to anything in regard to the structures' condition.Which is why there are still routine inspections on the bridges so they don't fall onto the roadway below. |
