If equipment is shuffled on an ad hoc basis between Blue and Expo lines in the middle of the day, then the current strip maps are useful, under the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Even today, countless people headed for the Red Line end up on the Purple. Strip maps in the cars showing both Red and Purple are useful for these misguided souls. |
