The vast majority of riders are still headed for Manhattan. Reactivating the Rockaway line will have more to do with providing that mid section with subway service (to Manhattan) direct that they do not have right now, than providing Far Rockaway people with ride to Flushing.
How many Rockaway people percentage wise would rather go to "Flushing" than to Manhattan?
