The MTA's realestate office has no clue what a pay off period is :-(Other wise they would have spent some time figuring out how to save money in a few years by renovating 370 Jay & reducing staff at some of their rented space, e.g. 2 Brodway ... they also seem to have alove affair with renting space in Manhattan ... why ? 333 W 34th; 345 Adams. Next they'll sell their space at 347 Madison & 420 Lexington ? |
