Who confronts the person consuming alcohol, the conductor or the police?False dilemma. It's the drunken brawler that's the problem no matter where said brawler consumes the alcohol—and as already mentioned, said brawler consumed alcohol off the train and couldn't get drunk en route if starting to drink while on the train. |
