Those people between Bedford & 1st are the same ones who get off and walk to 9th av, the (L) wouldnt really increase. If more trains is needed I guarantee CBTC can allow 2 min headways, just need platform conductors at busy stations to regulate the crowd so trains can move in and out of stations quickly. |
