Yes, R44s were retired thanks to freed up R46s going to the A.However, the new M runs only 8 car R160s and this has caused the need for R42s to stay around longer on the J. So thus although there are no shortages, the r42s are here longer than they should because of the need for more 8 car 60' trains to fill the needs of the J/Z,L,M lines. |
