Yup. The quiet neighborhood that sat silent when the M changes were announced (their ONLY objection to the whole reroute was keeping the letter M....the MTA was going to call it the V), so it was basically welcomed with open arms. That same silent group would be a vocal lynch mob if they every tried to revert back to the old routing now that they got a taste for Midtown service (prior to this, it's safe to say that 90% of the population didn't even know it was possible). So it's probably isn't going anywhere.

Yes, I am also surprised that J riders aren't more vocal about changing, as now they obviously know it's possible too.
