With all these billions floating around,we could have had a Union Station already,with both the Hoboken Division and Atlantic Avenue Branch going to Manhattan.1. LIRR already had an East River tunnel at 63rd street. 2. NJT sure didn't seem like they were trying to build a new Lower Manhattan tunnel. 3. Where were you planning on putting this? |
