I recall seeing (and even photographing) Green EOH R-10 #2959 that had an interior red guard light installed at each of the manual open bypass key position inside the car. Unusual when I saw it, and #2959 was the car originally selected to be set aside for the Transit Museum, but was eventually sent to the scrapline anyway.-William A.
