Don't think it's possible to make any kind of multilevel car with a maximum height of 12' 8" that'd be comfortable to ride in.$7½ billion for ESA is already an "outrageous sum", especially for a project that was supposed to be $3 billion to begin with (and that was way too much in and of itself). |
