Just as now....for diesel people that want to go to Penn station. Dont know how some of the people think they were willing to do it for Penn trains but somehow they would be too lazy to do it for GC. lol.
And this for what amounts to only about 2 to 3 full trainloads (if you took all the people from all the trains that run there and put them together) that currently use HPA station.....which is relatively nothing in the scheme of lirr passenger counts.
