I'd say that less than 1/2 of all 12-9s make the news. Considering that there has been a marked increase in 12-9s over the last 2-3 years, even if the same ratio make the news, there would be more reported. Add to that the number of cell phone users who have become opportunistic reporters and yet more incidents are covered. |
