They do have an article on the Hi-Vs on nycsubway.org. It was either 53 or 54 years old. I think it was 54 years old for the Gibbs in 1958. The last Hi-Vs in service that I do know of were the Hedleys in 1959. The sad part about it is that there are no examples of Hi-Vs in the subway at all (Yeah I know about the Lo-Vs, but the Hi-Vs were the first steel passengers cars). Thankfully two surviving cars are in separate museums #3352 and 3662. Footage of the Hi-Vs in action is just as hard to come by then the pictures of the cars themselves. However I did find some any way. I'll post a link to it when I find it.
