We need to refurbish disgusting stations system wide moreso, like the 4 Archers, Chambers, and Bowery.For the L, it would be easier to retrofit for 9 cars trains, then mix 4 & 5 cars sets of Alstom NTT's, or upgrade R143 to be compatible with Kawasaki R160. |
