This uniformity that you would like would cause purchase of 36 more cars (18 trainsets). We don't need them. For that money, we could re-fleet half of Staten Island.I'd cut back 50 cars from the M-9's, overhaul M-3's for Brooklyn Shuttles. It would be an easy, in door life for them. If its saves $50M, there are plenty of other better uses for it. |
