Well does the cost of on-board ticket collection out weight the cost of providing TVM's at all stations?Just remember that it doesn't take too many episodes of getting fucked like that to cause someone to just drive the next time and then the railroad has lost a good deal of repeat business. Also remember that on board ticket collection can be paid for through small LARGE ON BOARD TICKET PURCHASE PENALTIES. |
