Yes. By 1987, the only cars that had roll signs with route maps were the pre-GOH R40M/R42. The ones on the R40S, R44 and R46 were replaced with destinations inside.

I was going to post some pictures but I found out that my free hosting service (Lycos France) has been blacklisted by Google for more than a week! :(
