Yes, but what about the the Myrtle-Chambers and Bway Bklyn local ? The R16's covered only the Jamaica line fully, a few Bway-Bklyn locals, once a day Canarsie, once in a blue moon Myrtle. 2/3rds of the equipment allotment were pre-war cars. They would have had to send the R27's east to cover the other WBB trains and put the pre-war cars back on the Brighton and 4th Ave locals.The Triplexes also had no signage for the Eastern Division except for Nassau ST and Chambers St. They did show up on the 3/TT West End Nassau and deadheaded to ENY in the last couple of years. |
