The Transit Fans Declaration of War.On the day of March 14, 2012, the group known as “Anonymous” willing and maliciously attacked the message board NYCtransitforums to use it as a weapon in their political fight. The board is a privately controlled entity who is not affiliated with any major corporation, government or any other organization with political interests of any kind. We hereby charge those known as “Anonymous” with the following crimes: 1. Willful thief of control of the URL “http://www.NYCTRANSITFORUMS.COM” from its owner 2. Using said control to gain unlawful access to the site’s users account information 3. Using said information to mass email the site’s membership 4. Using said emails to attempt to convey the idea that the site has sided with the group We, the undersigned, do not approve of this behavior. We seek the punishment of those involved in this action. |
