But so is 9th St on the R. I was going to point out 59th-CC and Roosevelt as being transfer points to local stops and the IND being an express.For how the IND is 'overbuilt' they really missed a good opportunity for the Culver line. What's so important on 7th av that 4th av had to be the local and 7th the express? |
