I've just watched episode 3 which was broadcast last night - I was out then, so I recorded it. It was about what Tube workers call 'one-unders', which are 12-9s in NYC. Grim subject but fascinating viewing.Great quote to end the programme, from a T/O: 'The Underground is like Marmite, you love it or hate it. I hate Marmite but I love the Undergound.' |
