And that's the problem some of these people don't realize:We are in a society where unfortunately, if you say allowed it in this case and then in another where a train is much more crowded and the seats are actually needed someone is told the seats are needed and is written up, the person(s) who is(are) written up for it could take it the wrong way and get those who are simply looking for an excuse to bring attention to themselves involved even though such people will make it look like they are "helping" the person who was "wronged" in the latter case. The cops are simply in a "dammed if you do, dammed if you don't" situation and it will be unpopular with whichever way it doesn't work out no matter what in situations like that. |
