I get a laugh out of all the neophytes who think they know the law or how the cop should have reacted. I'll be willing to bet that the cop probrably told her to put her leg down and then the whiny hipster just HAD to ask the cop why he had the audacity to tell her that when the train car was almost empty. After that, she got a summons. I know the type very well.BTW for the record I personally wouldn't have ticketed her. I would have ejected her IF she gave me lip. |
