We have heard stories like this before and, sadly, we will be hearing more similar stories in the future. These cops have quotas and they will write their own mothers to fufill them. Quotas come from #1PP and are filtered down the chain of command. Same with Stop-and-Frisk. Eventually you will find someone with a weapon or narcotics! Moral of the story: stop/frisk=good arrest stats and ticket quotas=$$$. |
