They are a 'quality of life' problem. And from a financial out look, that 1 bum taking up one car prevents 50~ people from getting to their destination. and not to mention the amount of cleaning needed to clean up the 'stain' they leave behind.Lawyers that are so adamant to keep those bums in the system should 'adopt a bum' by bringing one to their apartments for a week and see how long they'd like to put up with them. |
