Cops are not suppose to take excuses for wrong doings, they are there to enforce the law as writen, not as interpreted.Like Robots? Fine. Then they should do this to all of the homeless people as well, and a cop should be fined $50 for failing to enforce the law against certain individuals, with the person reporting it getting the $50. |
