The officer writes the ticket, the judge interprets the circumstances and renders a judgment.As for the sleeping stinking bums, perhaps if an officer saw one of these he would go to a different car to. Do you know how much trouble it is to round those creatures up? You cannot just give them a ticket, but you have to take them in and ruin a perfectly good squad car while doing it, not to mention grossing out everybody else in the station house or jail. ROAR |
