Which is why I brought up skip/stop.Disadvantage is you can't travel locally between an A and a B stop. True, but every 4th or 5th stop stays all-stop, as do the busier Park Slope stations. Since trains do not travel very fast thru skipped stations, 4 minute intervals doesn't preclude a smooth operation. |
