Which is why to me the only way that could happen is this:

(C) train is moved in Brooklyn to the Culver line after West 4th and becomes the Culver Express, also replacing the (F) on the Culver El between Church and Coney Island except overnights.

(F) remains local to Church Avenue and terminates there except overnights when the (C) would not be running and the (F) would run its current route.

(G) would run its current route at all times.

(E) would replace the (C) in Brooklyn to Euclid.

A new (K) train would supplement the (A)/(C), running the old (AA) route from Chambers-168th with 4-5 tph and 2 tph overnights.
