These nouveau riche folks want to live in a city but don't want to put up with what, unfortunately, is part of life in a city. A city that doesn't grow and build isn't a healthy city. They chose to live there. There IS a solution - my wife snores to beat the band. What do I do? I go to sleep with a pair of -35db Peltor earmuffs on. End of problem.wayne |
